When I speak to my people, like my friends, family and clients, even people on social media, I remind them, if you live in gratitude, you will find happiness. You attract what you put out. Loving caring people will come.  I was reminded by spirit, to keep blogging about living in Gratitude. 

After struggling with depression from Junior High through College, I finally found the light. We all need to remember that. Gratitude and being thankful, will always shift your mind. It has been a lifesaver for me.   So I ask all of you to start your Gratitude list now.
